Study spaces at Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science Building

The Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science building has a number of study spaces available to all Durham University students.

Individual study spaces are available in the following areas:

  • along the central 'street' communal areas
  • within computer classrooms MCS1007, MCS2094, MCS3097 and MCS3098

Please only use these designated areas to study. Additional pop-up library study spaces are also available during Easter term.

Not all study spaces have access to power - if you intend to work on a laptop, please make sure it is fully charged before you visit. The University Wi-Fi network is available to users in the building and outside.

The space will be monitored regularly throughout the day by building staff.
