Study spaces information

The Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science building has a number of study spaces available to all Durham University students for quiet, individual and group study.

Opening times are Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm. There are individual study spaces and breakout spaces along the central 'street' communal areas.

There are beautiful views over the pond, and outside seating for sunnier days - Wi-Fi is available outside the building as well.

No PC access will be available. Not all study spaces have access to power - if you intend to work on a laptop, please make sure it is fully charged before you visit. The University Wi-Fi network is available to users in the building and outside.

The space will be monitored regularly throughout the day by building staff.
