Using our floor maps, you can see which floor the books for your subject are located on, along with the shelfmark numbers you'll need to look for each subject, e.g. 400-499 are the shelfmark numbers for Languages.
- You can use our Search PCs or your own device to access our library catalogue, Discover and search for the book you need.
- Our Search PCs are on each floor of the building, located next to the Main Stairs on Levels 1, 3 and 4, and in the Borrow and Print area on Level 2.
- Once you've found the book on Discover, you'll see its shelfmark and location within the Library. Make a note of these details before going to find it.
Go up one floor to Level 3:
- using the Main Stairs (just past the entry gates on your left)
- using the lift (next to our Student Community Notices board - once on Level 3, walk back along to the Main Stairs to find the next point of the tour).
