Located within the main School of Education building, Leazes Road Study Space provides additional study facilities that are conveniently located for those living in the Gilesgate area and members of Hild Bede College.

Please note there is no visitor parking, except for disabled parking bays near the entrance.  

Access to the Study Space is from the ground floor of the School of Education building. There are two disabled parking bays and an access ramp at the front of the building.  

From Monday 27 September, you won’t need to book a timeslot for individual study spaces for any of our sites. If you still wish to book a study space, we have a range of bookable study spaces available at Bill Bryson Library - visit our Study Spaces guide for more information.

Leazes Road Study Space has a no food and drink policy.  However, there are vending machines serving a selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks in the Department of Education foyer, as well as a comfortable eating area.
