American Psycological Association

Based in Washington, DC, the American Psychological Association (APA) is the largest scientific and professional organization respresenting psychology in the United States. With more than 159,000 members, APA is also the largest association of psychologists worldwide.

 

British Psychological Society

The Psychological Society was founded in October 1901 at University College London with the aim 'to advance scientific psychological research, and to further the co-operation of investigators in the various branches of Psychology.'

 

International Association of Applied Psychology

The oldest international association of psychologists. Its official languages are English and French. Founded in 1920, it now has more than 2.000 members from more than 94 countries.
